I have been fishing for practically my whole life. If grew up west of the Missouri River, catching panfish and largemouth bass. I used to ride my bike 6 miles up and down gravel roads to the Little Moreau State part to fish all day long and 6 miles home with a bucket of fish. Those memorable days involved camping and fishing as often as we could. My father started me young and for that I am thankful.
I started guiding in 2006, helping fellow guides on the Missouri River. A few years ago I started Glacial Lakes Fishing Adventures. It is very satisfying helping someone get their biggest fish, first fish, or most in a day. The looks on clients' faces that share the same love for the sport as I do is priceless.
I first fished tournaments on Lake Oahe but have since fished in many all over the Dakotas; from Devil's Lake in ND to all parts of SD. Tournament circuits are challenging and I have fished in several casino circuits, the Masters Walleye Circuit and the Cabelas National Walleye Tournament. Six years I was influential in starting the NESD walleye league that is still going strong. All of thses tournaments have allowed me to win a few :), and also become adept at fishing many varieties of water. Fishing successfly under pressure lends itself to putting fish in the boat while guiding.
I work hard to keep clients happy. I also work hard to help those, who help me, happy as I am fortunate to work with some quality companies. Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions regarding products from any of the following that I work with. They make my job of putting you on fish easier.
